Most home cooks (even avid bakers during the holiday season) will find it unusual to use more than a few tablespoons of vanilla extract at a time. Once the bottle begins to run low, however, it can easily be replenished. Even if as much as a third of the bottle is used, it can be topped off with any unflavored alcohol, given a shake, and be used again the next day. The beans should be changed about once a year; so cared for, our vanilla extract will continue to percolate indefinitely.
 
Unlike other vanilla extracts, Binxgoods Extract of Vanilla is not watered down or enhanced with sugars. Instead, our extract gets its flavor solely from the vanilla bea
ns themselves. We use Grade B vanilla beans from the Western Ghats of southern India, a mountainous region known for its spice growing. The beans contained in each bottle of our vanilla extract were purchased directly from the family-owned farms from which they were grown. Each bean orchid is hand-fertilized and tended to individually, a labor-intensive process that results in vanilla beans of superb quality.
